Applied Agentic AI

About

A company built for institutions.

Intelligence for GOOD.

The brand

Intelligence for Good.

The AAA mark — an ascending “A” built from converging paths — stands for what the Company builds: many agents, one summit. The tagline is the promise beneath every deployment.

Mission · Vision · Goals

Mission

To empower humanity in the cognitive revolution — by building agentic AI that serves the institutions people depend on most, with an unrelenting focus on healing our healthcare system and ending poverty. We do not build AI for its own sake; we build it to be the good.

Vision

A Philippines — and a world — where intelligence itself is equitably shared: where every hospital heals with specialist-grade knowledge, every public peso moves in the light, our elders live with dignity and independence, and every citizen is AIducated to create with AI, not merely consume it.

Goals

  1. 01

Fix the broken healthcare system. Put regulated, specialist-grade clinical AI within reach of every hospital — public and private — and make health claims settle in days, not weeks.

  2. 02

Make institutions transparent and effective. Give national systems — starting with procurement — audit-grade decision trails, so every award is explainable and every peso accountable.

  3. 03

Care for an aging nation. Deliver physician-supervised physical AI that gives our elders mobility, independence, and dignity in their senior years.

  4. 04

Reduce poverty by creating capability, not dependency. AIducate all — training enterprises, government, and citizens to build symphonies of agentic agents — creating jobs that command the machines rather than compete with them.

  5. 05

Be the good. Deploy every system with human accountability at each consequential step, prove the value we claim, and set the standard for what trustworthy AI looks like in the Fifth Revolution.

Leadership

Engr. Hector Thomas A. Navasero

Co-Founder & Chairman

Cornell-trained AI architect and biomedical engineer. Sets technology, clinical, and capital strategy, and leads the HERO physical-AI program. The dual formation — machine intelligence and clinical engineering — is the origin of the Company’s wager: the highest-value AI in the Philippines runs through regulated health infrastructure, and regulatory work is a moat, not a cost.

Darlyn Sandra Ty-Nilo

Co-Founder, President & CEO

Operator and institution-builder with 20+ years across consumer brands, education, and national development; foundation at P&G and Johnson & Johnson; founder of Viviamo Inc. (Belle de Jour Power Planner); co-founder of Her Legacy Foundation; UN Women Philippines partner; MIT Sloan and AIM executive education. Leads strategy, partnerships, commercial execution, and regulatory readiness.

Corporate structure

Applied Agentic AI Corporation is the holding and operating company, with two 80%-owned subsidiaries:

Labx Corp.

FDA-licensed medical-device establishment — SaMD registration and post-market surveillance for the Company’s clinical-AI portfolio.

MRTC (Maharlika Rapid Transit Corp.)

SEC-registered transport company — the aviation/CAAP interface for the Company’s autonomous-logistics initiative.

Governance

AAA is built to be trusted by hospitals, insurers, and national agencies: audit-grade decision trails on every agentic action, human-in-the-loop controls at every consequential step, data governance designed for RA 10173 (the Data Privacy Act), and regulated pathways — FDA for clinical AI, CAAP for autonomous aviation — treated as first-class engineering constraints.
