① Medicine
Specialist care in the Philippines is concentrated where specialists live. AAA’s answer is to move the specialist’s judgment, not the specialist: regulated clinical-AI APIs — Software-as-a-Medical-Device — that give any accredited facility specialist-grade decision support at the point of care.
In partnership with the Apollo Hospital Group, and anchored on a drafted three-party agreement with a 31-hospital network, AAA is mapping 20 clinical AI tools to the Philippine FDA SaMD pathway. Regulatory registration and post-market surveillance run through AAA’s FDA-licensed subsidiary, Labx Corp. — the Company treats the regulatory pathway as a moat, not a cost.
② Finance
An AI-native claims layer for faster, transparent adjudication and continuous fraud, waste, and abuse detection — targeting a claims cycle measured in days, not weeks. Built with ePLDT and Amplify Health (AIA Group).
Status: proposal-stage
AI for fair, transparent national procurement — supplier intelligence, bid-anomaly and collusion detection, and audit-grade decision trails that make every award explainable (PhilGEPS 2.0).

③ Logistics
Through its 80%-owned subsidiary Maharlika Rapid Transit Corp. (MRTC), AAA is pioneering autonomous-drone BVLOS logistics for the Philippines — zero-emission, sub-15-minute delivery that is independent of city traffic. Keeta Drone (Meituan Group) is the proposed drone-as-a-service operator; ePLDT the infrastructure partner.
Project Skyway is presented as an initiative and ambition, carried at zero revenue in the Company’s base case. MRTC is the SEC-registered transport vehicle and the interface to CAAP for autonomous-aviation approvals.
